Members of the ViSens Research Group played an active role in the organization of the CEA Symposium on Robotics, Bioengineering, Computer Vision and Marine Automation (RBVM 2026), held from June 10 to 12 at the Bilbao School of Engineering (University of the Basque Country, EHU).
The symposium brought together researchers, PhD students, and industry professionals from across Spain to exchange the latest advances in robotics, computer vision, bioengineering, and marine automation. Over the course of three days, the program featured scientific sessions, keynote lectures, technical workshops, live demonstrations, and networking activities, fostering collaboration between academia and industry.
As members of the organizing committee, the ViSens team contributed to the planning and coordination of the event, helping create an environment that encouraged scientific discussion, knowledge exchange, and the development of new research collaborations.
We would like to thank all participants, speakers, sponsors, and collaborating institutions for making RBVM 2026 a successful event. We also acknowledge the support of the Spanish Committee of Automation (CEA), the Bilbao School of Engineering, and the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU).
We look forward to the next edition of the symposium!
