The agricultural sector is under growing pressure to become more efficient and sustainable in the face of climate change. AGROBOTICS-DITWINS, a European project funded by the INTERREG SUDOE programme, is helping bring robotics and digital twins closer to agricultural SMEs across Southern Europe.
On 2-3 February, the AGROBOTICS-DITWINS consortium held a project follow-up meeting at the University of Algarve (Faro). The ViSens group was represented by Aitziber Mancisidor, Itziar Cabanes and Patrick Vermander. As the project’s Quality lead, ViSens presented the Quality Manual, and partners discussed next steps, including the definition and setup of Living Lab spaces to foster collaboration and real-world validation.
